A Food Museum Special Project

Welcome to our virtual "Museum of the Gut."

Here at The FOOD Museum we collect and preserve items about the digestion. We research the subject as well. It's one of our many museums within a museum projects.

The role of museums is to study material culture and visual arts to help understand the past. We study and exhibit the past to help inform the present and prepare for the future.

So we present here the history, science and art of the gut.
