The purpose of our tour is multi-faceted:

• To bring museum outreach programs to schools, libraries, museums and other venues.
  
• To research the food history of the United States for our second guidebook on food museums and food heritage sites, and to collect stories and artifacts relevant to that subject.
  
• To promote our first guidebook, Gastronomie! Food Museums and Heritage Sites of France, to be published by Bunker Hill in October.
