The purpose of our museum outreach is multi-faceted:

To bring museum outreach programs to schools, libraries, museums and other venues.
To research the food history of the United States for our second guidebook on food museums and food heritage sites, and to collect stories and artifacts relevant to that subject.
To visit and promote as many Edible Schoolyard Projects as possible.
To promote our first guidebook, Gastronomie! Food Museums and Heritage Sites of France, to be published by Bunker Hill in October.
