Be sure and let us know the following:

1. First and second choice of date.

2. Time of the program: morning, afternoon or after school?

3. Size and grade levels of prospective audience (maximum size 300 please...you can order a second presentation for only $150 more.)

4. Do you want the teacher workshop?

 

 

Booking Procedures

1. To book a program please call The FOOD Museum at 505 898 0909 or
email foodmuseum@yahoo.com. Please allow some flexibility as to dates and times.

2. We will confirm your booking via email and mail you a signed contract. Please return the original in the self-addressed envelope we provide.

3. Payment is due in full by check on the presentation date, unless different arrangements are agreed upon.

4. We will contact you prior to our arrival and go over last minute details.

5. We will make available later in the summer a preview sheet to prepare students for the assembly.

6. If hiring more than one program, try to book programs back to back for your school, preferably in the morning. This affords you a discount and makes it easier for Tom to keep on schedule. The museum is a 501c3 non profit based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
