Brussels Winter Wonders

The City of Brussels presents Winter Wonders.

Every winter, the heart of Brussels beats to the rhythm of Winter Wonders, featuring a magical decor, superb Christmas market, illuminated Big Wheel, roundabouts, street activities and of course the famous skating rink.

The ‘most beautiful theatre in the world’ glows at this period of the year. Under the wings of Electrabel the Grand Place will be transformed through the magic of sound & light.Back to the roots, traditions, childhood, sincere wandering ... a magical world of poetry and symbols: the Electrabel Nights.

Visitors get to control the laser light show.

Hailed ‘Europe’s most original Christmas market’ by British tour operators, the Christmas market made up of 240 wooden chalets, is situated around the Bourse (Stock Exchange), Place Sainte Catherine and the Fishmarket. Whichever chalets you visit you will find plenty of Christmas goodies, handicrafts and various seasonal gastronomic delights.
